Public 1-Hour Farm Tour

Service Description

Meet our Award Winning Alpacas and other farm animals like sheep, llamas, pigs, cows and chickens! We'll provide background and education around how our Alpacas won awards and championships and what it takes to have them compete. We know you'll enjoy seeing these animals as much as we do! TICKETS + PRICING: $15 per person, children under 1 year old are free Tickets Required for Each Individual Over 1 Year Old If you do not purchase a ticket for all individuals over the age of 1 year old, you will be required to purchase additional tickets at the farm and your farm tour time may be switched or rescheduled completely due to the increase in your party size. Please purchase a ticket for each individual over the age of 1 year old. PUBLIC TOUR: This is a PUBLIC TOUR that will include more than one family or group of guests. If you do not want to be paired with other groups or families, you may schedule a private tour that includes seeing our mini Shetland ponies and a more intimate experience by contacting Kerri at kerri@eagleeyefarm.net. ARRIVING: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to check-in. You may browse the farm store while you wait for your tour to begin. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late, your tour will not be able to wait for you, but we will do our best to add you to the remainder of a tour that is already in progress. Tours will not be extended if you are late. If you are late for your tour and we do not have availability to add you into another tour, you forfeit your tour and your tour ticket fees. There will be no refund. Just a little reminder to show up ahead of time so that you can enjoy the full experience without the headaches of being rushed during such a fun animal tour! EXPECT A FARM We do our very best to keep our farm and tours clean, but this is a working farm with lots of animals, dirt, feed and poop! Please wear outdoor shoes and expect they may get dirty. REFUND Once tickets are purchased for a public tour, there is a $5 per ticket fee to refund or reschedule your tour. Tickets will not be refunded if you cancel within 72 hours of your tour. MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS Public tours are available to book for any size. However, a total of 5 or more participants (not necessarily all from the same group) is necessary for the public tour.

Cancelation Policy

PUBLIC TOURS: Once tickets are purchased for a public tour, there is a $5 per ticket fee to refund or reschedule your tour. Refunds (minus the $5 administrative fee) will be issued for any farm tour that is cancelled 72 hours prior to your scheduled farm tour date and time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your farm tour, no refunds will be issued. PRIVATE TOURS: $75 cancellation fee if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the tour. If cancellations are made within 7 days of the tour, there is no refund.
